After-School Spanish for Kids in Manhasset and the North Shore

By the time children are in elementary school, the week is already busy. The question North Shore parents ask isn't whether Spanish is valuable — it's where it fits.

What Manhasset offers

Our Manhasset campus runs Spanish School, our program for school-age children, with an after-school focus for ages 3½–8. Sessions meet after school and on Saturday mornings, in a 2-hour format from one to five days a week or a 1-hour format one day a week for younger students.

Placed by level, not just by age

Children are grouped by level, so a beginner isn't dropped into a room of stronger speakers, and a child who already hears Spanish at home isn't held back. Levels progress as children grow.

Why after-school immersion is different from tutoring

This isn't homework help. Sessions run in Spanish and are built on activities — music, games, art, movement, conversation — so children use the language rather than study it. That's also why one focused session a week can be enough to start.
